The Committee on Public Health upholds the Bill "On Amendments and Supplements to certain Legislative Acts" (re Protection of the Childhood)

The Bill (Reg. No.4243) introduces amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements and the Laws "On Protection of Childhood", "On the Local Self-Government in Ukraine" aimed at protection of the minors from possible attempts upon their lives, physical, moral and spiritual development.

The Committee members upheld the initiative, but expressed certain remarks to it.
